Teri Cheney | Owner and Master Stylist

Teri Cheney is the owner of two hair salons, Expectations Salon & Spa and The Salon at Quail Hollow, both located in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. She is also the former owner and operator of Shear Effects in Claremont, New Hampshire. Teri has over 20 years of experience in the salon industry and 15 years of experience in skincare and makeup. She keeps her skills honed by mentoring a promising young stylist and through regular certification and training programs.

Teri’s desire is to help her clients achieve their best possible look. She wants every client to leave her salons having had a wonderful and unique Salon experience. Her long-term goal is to develop Expectations Salon & Spa into one of the most recognized and respected salons in the Upper Valley. Teri is passionate about making Expectations Salon & Spa a place where you can come to relax, rejuvenate, and enjoy an unparalleled experience provided by the Upper Valley’s most professional, educated, and customer-service-driven hairstylists. Teri is now an American Board Certified Haircolorist. “ Establishing oneself as a board certified hair colorist will give potential clients the ability to select those haircolorists that have reached a higher level of competence.”

Ken Weeks | Licensed Cosmetologist

A native of the Upper Valley and NH state licensed Cosmetologist with a focus on hair cutting. I enjoy cutting hair for everyone. I offer hair coloring and highlights, shampoo, blowdry styling as well as dry cuts, roller sets and perms. I offer manicures and pedicures as well.

I work at The Salon at Quail Hollow and take guests from outside of the Quail Hollow community as well. The Salon at Quail Hollow is a handicapped accessible salon. I look forward to providing an enjoyable salon experience for all of my guests.

Rachelle Messier | Licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist

Rachelle is a dual licensed esthetician and massage therapist in the Upper Valley.  She comes from a spa background and worked at the Woodstock Inn and Resort for three years.  Her focus is skin care goals and relaxation for her clients.  If you are looking for a relaxing experience Rachelle is the esthetician and massage therapist for you.

Specialized in Aromatherapy, deep tissue, Himalayan salt stone, relaxation and prenatal massage.
